Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: In the event that a guest wishes to cancel this lease, he/she will make his/her request in writing to MAR. This agreement shall be terminated only after another guest is secured at the same lease amount. A real estate commission equal to the commission rate (as disclosed above) multiplied by the total rental payments (as set forth above) and the processing fee (as set forth above) will always be deducted from the deposit before it is returned. If another guest cannot be secured for the same lease amount, it may be necessary to secure another guest for a lesser amount. Should this happen, Guest shall be responsible for any difference in the lease amounts. If the property is not re-rented or if Guest cancels on the day of “check-in” or is a “no show,” Guest will be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the rent.
